This experiment uses the method of dispersion in situ polymerization to modify the surface adsorption characteristic of PVDF ultrafiltration membrane and integrates nanoscale TiO2into the modified system;the experiment selects TiO2dosage,SDBS concentration,HCl concentration,and APS dosing amount as its influencing factors,among which,each factor has three indexes,and becomes a L9(34) orthogonal test.Using comprehensive balance method to analyse the experimental results,the determination of the best composition conditionsof PVDF ultrafiltration membrane is as follows:the dosage of TiO2is0.05g,the concentration of SDBS is5g/L,the concentration of HCl is0.5mol/L,the dosing amount of APS is0.1270g.This thesis uses the best parameter combination to modify the PVDF ultrafiltration membrane,which is applied to the coagulation-ultrafiltration process to processing the micro-polluted source water of Ganjiang river.When adding aluminum sulfate with different concentration/the modified PVDF ultrafiltration membrane’s removal rate of water turbidity,UV254,TOC,and ammonia nitrogen of Ganjiang river is much higher than original membrane,especially for the removal rate of ammonia nitrogen,the modified one is more than double the original one.In addition, since the antifouling properties of the modified membrane has been much improved,the limit ultrafiltration time of ultrafiltration membrane has also been prolonged by three times.The surface modification can help getting PVDF ultrafiltration membrane with high quality,high throughput,high retaining capacity and high antifouling properties.This thesis has provide ideas and method for the large-scale production of modified ultrafiltration membrane and using membrane process to processing the micro-polluted source water of Ganjiang river.
