This paper studies the mechanism of the Junshan Lake Agricultural Non-point source pollution into the lake, by summing up the Small-Watershed Agricultural Non-point source pollution load estimation methods. Especially in the base of the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of export coefficient method, we established the Junshan Lake agricultural non-point source pollution load estimation model. We estimated Junshan Lake Agricultural Non-point source into-lake pollution load, and analyzed the prediction errors of the simulation results through monitored water quality data, TN, TP prediction errors are-1.34%,-8.93%,separately, which are quite reasonable.According to the process of Junshan Lake Agricultural Non-point source pollutant migration, we divide it into three steps, which are generation, loss, into-lake. In2010, the generations of Junshan Lake Agricultural Non-point source for TN and TP are12543.04t and3962.76t, separately; TN, TP losses are2795.11t and518.52t; TN, TP into-lake are634.57t and109.66t, which the contributions of Yaqian Town for TN, TP into-lake is the largest, accounting for14.79%and24.17%of the total. In terms of non-point source pollutants into-lake source, TN and TP mainly result from livestock and poultry industry, accounting for58.19%and77.68%of the total. The Yaqian Town is the most heavily polluted town around Junshan Lake and livestock farming is the main source of the Junshan Lake Agricultural Non-point source into-lake pollutants. In order to effectively control the Junshan Lake Agricultural Non-point source pollution of water bodies, it is necessary to focus on livestock pollution control, Taking Yaqian Town as a pilot, and vigorously promote the ecological animal husbandry, find out a suitable methods about local pollution control.
