The characteristics of printing and dyeing wastewater usually are high concentration of organic matter, high pH and high chromaticity and low biodegradability.This paper aims to the actual difficulties of printing and dyeing wastewater produced by one company in Nanchang,the treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater of this company realized discharging standard through the in-depth investigation to get the experiences parameters by simulation experiments and guide the restruction project of wastewater treatment.The utilization rate of water circulation is improved to above25%by taking different measures according to environmental regulations.and the waste water inlet of the sewage treatment station is reduced from4000m3/d to3000m3/d. which can realize part of water reuse and save water then reduce the cost of production.According to the water quality of printing and dyeing wastewater, we taking" hydrolysis acidification+biological contact oxidation+coagulation precipitation" wastewater treatment technology, the test research shows that:(1) Only handed membrane in the pool acid hydrolysis is stably, the B/C can upgrade from0.15to0.42. increased biodegradability;and chroma removal tate reached50%.(2) The removal rates both COD and NH4+-N are74%and78%in oxidation tank.(3) When the pool acid hydrolysis of HRT is14h, and the biological’s5h. biological contact oxidation process of printing and dyeing wastewater COD removal efficiency can be maintained at about83%,and the chroma removal is about61%.(4) Whole process stable operation, effluent water quality can meet the "Discharge standard of water pollutant for dyeing and finishing of textile industry"(GB4287-92)requirement of level I in table3.(5) Using the system with ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis to process printing and dyeing wastewater.it found that its effect is siginficant,and ensure water quality to meet "reuse of recycling water for urban Water quality standard for urban miscellaneous water consunption"(GB/T18920-2002)back on the water with relate requirments.
