Corn starch nature oil fatty acid esters were prepared by microwave-heating method.Palm oil and lard oil was the esterifying agent. The characters of products were compared.According to their characters, corn starch palm oil ester was used to be the wall to envelopessence. Corn starch lard oil ester was used to be the soluble fillet of water transfer printingpaper.Firstly, the process conditions of corn starch nature oil ester prepared bymicrowave-heating were studied. According to the single factor experiments and L9(34)orthogonal test, the optimum process conditions of nature oil starch ester weredetermined:100g corn starch(dry basic),water concentration25%(on the starch dry basic),HCL concentration0.07%, oil concentration9%, microwave power800w, microwave time7min, heating temperature150℃, heating time2h. The DS of the corn starch palm oil is0.0412,EF equals89.96%, whiteness equals88%; The DS of the corn starch lard oil is0.0420,EF equals94.17%, and whiteness equals89%.Secondly, the differences about the viscosity, emulsifying ability, DE value, hygroscopicity and storage stability between starch palm oil ester and starch lard oil esterwere studied. Some structure information was gotten by FTIR and GC. Emulsifying abilityincreases with the DS or quality concentration increases and there’s a significantly increase at3%. Lard oil starch ester has a better emulsifying ability than palm oil starch ester with thesame DS. The viscosity significantly decreases with DE value increases, but there’s nosignificantly differences with different DS; Viscosity increases with the product qualityconcentration increase and appears a raised dot at55%(m/m);corn starch palm oil has a lowerviscosity than corn starch lard oil with the same DS and DE value. The hygroscopicsignificantly increases with DE value increases and insignificantly decreases with DSincreases; the hygroscopic of corn starch palm oil is higher than corn starch lard oil with thesame DS and DE value. FTIR certifies that the starch was linked up with–COOH of natureoil. From GC, we can get the sequence of fatty acid linked with the starch of product:C16:0ã€C18:2〠C18:1〠C18:0. And the average molecular of corn starch lard oil ester isC17.132H35.376O2; corn starch palm oil ester is C17.080H35.226O2.Thirdly, palm oil starch ester (DS0.035, DE24%) were used to be the wall to envelopessence. According to single factor experiments and L9(33) orthogonal test, the optimumprocess conditions were determined: product concentration65%, shear rate20000r/min,shear time1min, shear temperature70℃,the ratio of essence to wall0.75:1. Powder essencewas gotten by spray drying. Envelop rate and controlled-release ability was tested andcertified that palm oil starch ester nearly can match the Arabic gum. The lard oil corn starchester is used as the disjuncting layer of water transfer printing paper. Compare the differenceson solubility, adhesion force and hygroscopic with different DS and DE value. After coatingwith hand, hygroscopic, sticky hands ability and whiteness are tested and confirm that35%corn starch lard oil (DE4%and DS0.0087) can be used as the disjuncting layer of watertransfer printing paper. |
