Pyraclostrobin is a natural methoxyacrylate antibiotics for precursor. Germany basf company research and development production on the environment friendly fungicide. For most of the diseases are caused by the fungus has excellent control effect. For the prevention and control of the disease have special good effect.However, as a kind of broad spectrum fungicide, still no one on its environment behavior do system research, so the study of its in the environment degradation characteristics is very necessary. Therefore, this paper do system research of the photolytic and hydrolyzed characteristic of pyraclostrobin. For the correct evaluation pyraclostrobin in the environment bacteria behavior, reasonable use the drug, reduce its pollution to the environment and offer scientific basis.The impact of photolytic and hydrolyzed of pyraclostrobin are mesurarated by efficient HLPC-UV in this experiment which is based on indoor cultivated method.At first, the hydrolyzed of Pyraclostrobin was studied in this paper. The photolysis of Pyraclostrobin was analyzed under different situations, such as different buffer solutions, organic solvents acetonitrile, acetone, initial concentration, surfactant of sodium dodecyl sulfate, and different light. The results are as follows:(1) To pH for5,7,9buffer solution for reaction medium, with mercury lamp, as an experimental simulation light source conditions, get pyrazole bacteria in the ether ester three different half-life of buffer solution were29.45,12.37,10.80minutes. It can be concluded that pyrazole ether ester in alkaline environment bacteria fastest, in the acidic conditions slower chemical stability is better, in alkaline environment rate than in a neutral environment slightly faster in some(2) In acetonitrile and acetone reaction media, with mercury lamp, as an experimental simulation light source conditions, get pyrazole ether ester half-life of bacteria were12.6and7.6minutes, with distilled water for reaction media as a comparison experiment, the half-life of3.9minutes. It can be concluded, and compared with control experiment, pyrazole ether ester bacteria in organic solvents acetonitrile and acetone rate of slower, explain in these two kinds of organic solvent deposit environment inhibiting the pyrazole ether ester of bacteria rate.(3) In acetonitrile exist as an experimental simulation with mercury lamp light source, the initial concentration of10mg·kg-1and1mg·kg-1conditions, get pyrazole ether ester half-life of bacteria were14.4and12.5minutes. It can be concluded that the different initial concentration on pyrazole ether ester of bacteria rate has little effect.(4) The experiment to join surfactant twelve sodium dodecyl sulfate as reaction media, with mercury lamp, as an experimental simulation of the light source. Get pyrazole ether ester of bacteria results:the concentration of1%of the twelve in sodium dodecyl sulfate solution and the concentration of0.1%of twelve sodium dodecyl sulfate solution, the semi-decay of8.6and10.7minutes for. It can be concluded that high levels of twelve sodium dodecyl sulfate promoted pyrazole ether ester of bacteria.(5) In the pH of7buffer solution and organic solvent acetonitrile two different reaction medium, respectively for mercury lamp and xenon lamp, as an experimental simulation light source, get the experimental result for the, for the pH of the7buffer solution reaction media with mercury lamp and xenon lamp as simulate the light source, pyrazole ether ester half-life bacteria were11.3and126.2minutes; In acetonitrile is reaction media half-life of were14.7and146.8minutes. It can be concluded that pyrazole ether ester bacteria in two different reaction media, in mercury lamp illuminated by rate is much faster than in the xenon lamp.The hydrolyzed of Pyraclostrobinwas analyzed under different initial concentration,different buffer solutions, different temperature, organic solvents acetone and metal Cu2+This experiment is the next in different research buffer solution, different starting concentration, different temperature, organic solvent acetone and metal Cu2+existence condition of pyrazole ether hydrolysis esters the influence of the bacteria. Get the experimental results are as follows:(1) To pH for5,7,9buffer solution for reaction medium, get the experimental results, the hydrolysis half-life were7.7,8.7,10.4days. It can be concluded that pyrazole ether ester in neutral bacteria and acid conditions fast hydrolysis, in alkaline conditions hydrolysis slower.(2) In the pH of7buffer solution and different temperature condition, we get the experimental result for the:in room temperature25℃, pyrazole ether hydrolysis esters of bacteria fastest rate, the hydrolysis half-life was8.5days,15℃when its hydrolysis of12days half-life,35℃when15.5days for the hydrolyze half-life,45℃when its hydrolysis half-life was19.6days.(3) In room temperature has a metal Cu2+existence condition, at1%and0.1%Cu2SO4buffer solution, pyrazole ether hydrolysis esters of half-life bacteria were3.4and3.1days; With0.1%Cu2SO4solution as a comparison experiment, pyrazole ether hydrolysis esters of bacteria is4.2days for half-life. It can be concluded that Cu2+promoted pyrazole ether hydrolysis esters of bacteria.(4) At room temperature in acetone solution pyrazole ether hydrolysis esters of bacteria half-life for3.2days to pH of7buffer solution as a comparison experiment, hydrolysis half-life was4.8days, we can get the conclusion, acetone accelerated the pyrazole ether hydrolysis esters of bacteria.(5) Different starting concentration of pyrazole ether ester of bacteria in aqueous solution hydrolysis rate for1mg/L>5mg/L>10mg/L, pyrazole ether hydrolysis esters of bacteria rate with the increase of the initial concentration and slow down.
