Polyester fiber having a wide range of applications as chemical fibers,its preparation clothinghas some advantages such as crisp Wrinkle,durable and so on.But there are also someshortcomings such as difficult to stain,low moisture absorption and prone to static electricity,etc.To improve its dyeability,moisture absorption and comfort,we can modified polyester withpolyamide6(PA6) which is rich in amide group,the terminal amino and carboxyl groups.Thecontent and sequence distribution of the components in olyester amide molecules after themodification can affect the properties of the materials.In this thesis,the elemental analysismethod (EA),infrared spectroscopy (FTIR),proton nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy(1H-NMR) and other analytical techniques were used to measured the actual component contentand the structure of four different proportions of PET-PA6block copolymer.The experimentalresults showed that FTIR method was relatively simple operation,but was a bit poor accuracy inquantitative analysis.While the actual composition results of the block copolymer were veryaccurate which measured by EA and1H-NMR.1H-NMR method in different proportionsPET-PA6standard curve method and the hard and soft segment ratio calculation methodexperimental operation were fast and simple;in addition,their measurement results on the smallcontent components were accurate,qualitative analysis could be completed with the quantitativeanalysis of the copolymer at the same time,they were good choices to characterized thepolymer.When component PA6feed ratio was5%to20%,the feed ratio was very close toactual composition of the copolymer,so we can control the feed ratio reasonably to prepare thematerials that we needed.The result of GPC indicated that this series copolymers were purecopolymer,no homopolymer doped,and this series PET-PA6block copolymer is of highermolecular weight,had a lower coefficient of polydispersity, the narrow molecular weightdistribution,and it was suitable for fiber spinning;and1H-NMR characterization revealed thedegree of randomness B of this series copolymers were all between zero and one,so this series copolymers were all block copolymer,the average sequence length of PET LnPETgraduallydecreased with PA6component content increasing,the ester interchange reaction degreegradually increased with increasing component PA6content;The results of DSC and FTIRmethods showed that PA6and PET formed a good compatibility of the copolymer;when the putratio of PA6between0%and20%,the melting temperature,the cold crystallization temperatureand the glass transition temperature of PET were gradually descending with PA6componentcontent increasing....
