In recent years, Means of transport, gas stations, oil tankers, tubing, and other leaks, sudden leakage of crude oil, and exhaust emissions during transport and other accidents, resulting in soil and groundwater contamination. Specially Petroleum hydrocarbon pollution related to air, soil, groundwater, oceans, its wide range of large and known hazards to human health, and caused great harm to the ecological environment, we must find a reliable treatmentmethod to eliminate the pollution. The biosurfactants bacteria produced biosurfactants with biological surfactants with hydrophilic and lipophilic groups, gender compounds, can effectively increase the solubility of petroleum hydrocarbons in water, and no secondary pollution, but also can reduce the costly chemical synthesis required for the oil-degrading bacteria able to degrade petroleum hydrocarbons in the water, so vote in the two strains at the same time added to the percolation tank, the degradation effects of the research in groundwater remediation of indoor simulation. The first three biosurfactants, bacteria produced biosurfactants were extracted, three bacteria produced biosurfactants bold product colors are light brown.Bacillus (BS-1), Pseudomonas (BS-3), Micrococcus (BS-4) three bacteria surfactant production were0.1964g/100mL,0.2851g/100mL,0.2011g/100mL.And biological surfactants, ionic identification experiments, thin layer chromatography (TLC) experiments and infrared spectroscopy determination of the results known Bacillus (BS-1), Pseudomonas (BS-3), Micrococcus (BS-4) generated by the surface active agent type lipopeptide, glycolipid, phospholipid, of which the first two anionic, which is a catiomc.Under different conditions, the best results were determined by adding biological surface bacteria and oil degrading bacteria degradation of petroleum hydrocarbons, the results as follows, under the conditions of the sand, while adding three biosurfactant producing bacteria,, andin the same volume of the bacterial content of the same case, to add three types of surfactants to produce the volume of the bacterial mixed culture from the total volume of petroleum-degrading bacteria than1:1, the tallest and most of the degradation rate of petroleum hydrocarbons in water is98.51%.On cell hydrophobicity of diesel oil droplets, a division of the bacteria in diesel and oil droplets in water emulsion a study to determine the bacteria on the biodegradation model.Simulation of the indoor seepage tank, under the same other conditions, set the three-group comparison test, the first group the seepage slot is not adding any bacteria, the second group only adding oil degrading bacteria and the third group at the same time castplus biological surfactant producing bacteria and oil degrading bacteria. The ultimate degradation rate of the group are as follows:37.461%,91.463%,97.308%. from the above three sets of experimental, We can see the results, while adding to the bio-surfactant producing bacteria and oil degrading bacteria percolation tank, degradation of effect is best.
