It is very difficult for us to deal with wasterwater which containing high fluorine, the wastewater comes from the flotation about cathode carbon blocks of Alumium elecrtolytic, In the wasterwater, there is Fluorin ion in4000mg/L, the pH value is beyond November and it has very high salinity. Based on the comparison of various methods, this paper chooses chemical precipitation as the wastewater treatment way finally. After the wastewater treatment, the concentration of fluorine reached below10mg/L, which conforms to the national standard of wastewater emission and recycle.The paper mainly use laboratory homemade new fluoride to deal with wastewater, making use of ion selective electrode determination to characterize the fluorin ion content of the treatment effect, Check the fluoride in amount and quantity, PAM, pH value, temperature and salinity, join fluoride agent of stirring speed, join flocculant mixing speed and the subsidence rate, aluminum ion concentration of fluoride effect, and the decrease in fluoride agent conditions, the second fluoride treatment effect, to seek the best parameters. Experimental results show that when the quantity of fluoride agent for12mL, PAM10mL for adjusting the pH7-9, in between the stirring speed control of certain (except for greater than when120r/min, PAM join for60-80r/min), in normal conditions, new fluoride agent can play good treatment effect, can achieve the fluoride efficiency of above99%, and good performance of the settlement of precipitation. In the experiment, use second fluoride treatment can achieve the same effect, the processing time of fluoride in other conditions and a fluoride, only join the same amount of fluoride, second fluoride twice fluoride amount, after processing5mL respectively in the solution concentration reach5mg/L, achieve the same treatment effect, and save cost.
