| In the paper, the molecular engram polymer is produced by dithizone asfunctional monomer, β-cyclodextrin as pore forming material and chloroepoxypropane as crosslinking agent and the atomic absorption method is used to studyadsorption of Pb. The structure of engram molecular is studied by infrared spectrumand SEM and EDS for morphology. The research provides basis for adsorption theory.It is discussed for thermodynamic model and reaction order of adsorption and optimalconditions of adsorption and desorption for Pb ion in the solution by engrammolecular under static conditions and dynamic conditions. The results show that theoptimal adsorptive acidity is pH=5.8, the optimal time of oscillation is15minutes,the adsorption is endoergic process and according with Freundlich isothermaladsorption equation, the dynamics of adsorption is quasi second order, the staticsaturation adsorption amount is45.55mg/g, the elution efficiency is97.48%,enrichment is10times, the relative selection coefficient is large and the usualinterfering ions don’t disturb enrichment measurement. The recovery is96%whenused in microanalysis of Pb in enriched environmental water. |
