| It is very importance for high efficiency and security to the exploitation of oil fields,which monitor the oil wellhead pressure and flow in real time. The environments for oilextraction are always considered as remote and sever. It is high consumption andinefficient that the on-site inception and the wellhead data analysis depending on humanbeings. Aiming at the problem of the sharp increase in the number of oil wells, the digitaloil field construction has attracted more attentions with the rapid developments in sensortechnology, network technology and microprocessor technology.The subject focuses on the some problems and present status quo that exist inparameter monitoring in oil wellhead. The application system is designed to monitor theparameters in real time in this paper. The whole instrument is made up of oil wellheadacquisition hardware system and the host computer software parts. The wellheadacquisition controller hardware system is the core unit for the whole system. It is designedmicroprocessor STM32F103RCT, which is32bits single chip of ST, as main controller.The hardware system mainly include pressure and flow sensor module, signal adjustingmodule, A/D converter module, LCD module, data memorizer module, real time clockmodule, RS485serial port communication module. The wellhead acquisition controllermainly function such as signal adjusting, data collecting, data real time displaying, touchscreen input calibration parameters, data storage, it transfer data to the host computer byArea Bus RS485. The industry-standard Modbus application protocol is described, and isused to build the communication between the wellhead acquisition controller and the hostcomputer.People can easily collect the outside oil wellhead data and make the rapid responseactivities when the system is applied, which can be improved administrant efficiency andcut down the workload of worker and improve the productivity, reduce the energyconsumption and increase the oil production. This system is an effective choice for oil fieldto digital construction that has certain practicability and high social generalization value. |
