| With the rapid development of economy and the change of people’s consumption conceptin China, cars are access to the ordinary people’s family rapidly. The vehicles bring a greatconvenience to our life, meanwhile, cause serious environmental problems which haveattracted the attention worldwide. In order to control the environmental pollution effectively,countries all over the world tighten the emission limits constantly and establish relevantregulations and standards gradually. Simplified loaded mode is a new scientific method whichcan detect the motor vehicles’ exhaust and is helpful for the Ministry of EnvironmentalProtection. And its efficiency is4-5times than no-load detection. We should promote theimplementation of such a major upgraded technology on the regular motor vehicles’ exhaustdetection.The target of this paper is to fully master the basic situation of vehicle emission test andcontrol in Shaanxi province and perfect the simplified loaded mode. The statistical analysissoftware SPSS (Statistical Product&Service Solutions) is applied in analyzing1092gasoline vehicles dates collected from Xianyang, the information in the emission average,vehicle-age, passing rate are diged out and the corresponding regression equation areestablished. The corresponding regression curves are drawn by Origin. Then the vehicle-ageand passing rate, based on the local standards of Shaanxi, are predicted. Lastly rationality ofthe limits in the standard are presented.To facilitate the revision of the local standards, this paper analyzes the detected vehicles’emission results by reference mass. And according to the revised method of the emissionslimits, some limits in the local standard under ASM5025are presented, so as to provide basisfor the revision of the local standard.Finally, the corresponding solutions and suggestions are proposed to solve the problemswhich are found in the process of emission testing by simplified loaded mode. The inspectionstations, the owners, the service stations, environmental protection and supervisiondepartments and so on are all included. |
