| The development of biomass combustion technology is very important, it is themajor scientific issues of using biomass energy. The combustion temperature of biomassbriquette is generally lower than1000℃. However, large industrial applications such ascement industry,petroleum chemical industry need the combustion temperature higherthan1000℃.If we can solve the problem of low temperature that biomass directlycombustion, biomass can be widely used in the field of industrial energy. According tocyclone combustion of biomass micron fuel, the combustion temperature is increased to1385℃.At the same time, high temperature and efficient biomass combustion technologyused to produce cement is studied.In this paper, thermogravimetric analysis was used to study the combustioncharacteristics of biomass and coal, it shows that biomass combustion characteristics aresuperior to coal, the calorific value lower than coal. We design the cement calcinationsystem and do the combustion experiments according to spray the powder fuel intofurnace. In the different feed rate and intake air rate, the best ratio of feed rate and intakeair rate will be determined by certain principles. In the experiment,the affection ofbiomass particle size and excess air ratio to the combustion has been analyzed, and so dothe changing of combustion temperature and gas pollutant. When biomass fuel particlesize is0.250mm and the excess ratio is1.3, the best combustion status, the least gaspollutant, the most economical can be got. In the best combustion status, the experimentof cement clinker calcination would be done, the results shows that the composition ofthe cement clinker I get is substantially the same as the ordinary one.The thesis shows that, biomass broken into a powder of appropriate size, increasethe surface of powder fuel and accelerate the precipitation rate of volatile. In thecombustion furnace,the powder will pyrolysis, gasfication and burn immediately,greatlyimprove the combustion efficiency, the taste of biomass fuel and mitigation of the airpollution. Using biomass fuel to replace coal burning is feasible to solve the energy problem in the cement calcining. |
