It has been the important issue of the mining focus that ground control inunderground mining in the regional which Surface does not allow the fall. For theShuiyindong gold mine does not make full use of the tailings filling technology,so wehave been using concrete brickwork artificial mining column to support the left emptyore mining area, in order to avoid or reduce the impact of rock movement caused by themining of surface. Problems due to the setting of the preliminary concrete brickpillars,such as pillars random masonry, and the high cost of supporting and so on. it isnecessary to carry out special studies to optimize the support of concrete brick andmake the concrete brick pillars to set more scientific and reasonable to achieve thetechnical and economic optimization. So our subject mainly to carry out the followingwork around the above goal:①.Extensive research and analysis of the theoretical study and the status ofimplementation of the pillar practice at home and abroad, and combined withShuiyindong gold mine concrete brick pillars actual situation, pointed out the concretebrickwork artificial mining column exits the problem as setting arbitrary, non-standard,and the lack of systematic scientific guidance and overall design. And analysis thefactorswhich affectingthe stability of the pillar.②.We make a comprehensive survey of the status of the Shuiyindong gold mining,ground pressure behavior law and concrete bricks supporting the status quo. Wecalculated the line stope of Shuiyindong gold mine effective thickness of the overlyingstrata on the basis of the compensation area mine pressure theory and making analysisof the main factors affect stope mine pressure.③.Investigation, observation, analysis and summary of the effects of theimplementation of the program of the stope pillars were made in entire process. Wetested the mechanical strength of concrete bricks Shuiyindong gold mine, and appliedmasonry structure theory and the Lunder pillar strength theory calculated the strength ofthe concrete brick pillars respectively. Analyzed the relationship between the bracingrate, the pillar applied load and the desired pillar strength. Then, on this basis, weproposed the nature of unreasonable for small pillars and optimize program for stopeconcrete brick pillars. Include: uniform pillars and non-uniform pillar program for theclosed level of the ore body, the inclined pillars program and Heavy pillar program. ④.Summarized and assessed the effect of the implementation of the optimizationprogram and its problems. According to preliminary observations of Shuiyindong goldmine pressure, we propose the effective overburden rock stress reduction calculatedmehtod. Based on the definition of the safety factor of the pillar, we analyzed the safetyfactor and the pillar strength, and effective relationship between the overlying rockstress and support rate. We compared the technical and the economic analysis of theprogram, and pointing out that under the existing conditions of the Shuiyindong goldmine,take the way to increase the pillar strength to reduce the support rate has noeconomic and technological advantages.
