Isothermal forging hydraulic press with its forging speed stability, good controlprecision, high degree of automation control of electrical, wide application range, safeand reliable, saving material significantly, therefore the isothermal forging hydraulicpress is the development direction of forging equipment. Isothermal forging hydraulicpress with China’s equipment manufacturing industry, aerospace, automotive industryand other aspects of development, the processing of high precision, fast speed, highautomation level of large tonnage hydraulic forging machine needs more and more.Firstly, this paper summarizes the domestic and foreign forging press workingprinciple and control system development trend are summarized, on the basis of thehydraulic forging machine and development direction are discussed.Secondly, based on the in-depth analysis of Guizhou Anda80MN isothermalhydraulic forging press, the mathematical model of the hydraulic system isestablished.In order to solve the problem such as pressing speed0.005mm/s-10mm/s,wide speed range, high control accuracy and so on, according to the non-linear modeland fuzzy control theory, the text discusses the method of dynamic adjusting differentsizes servo valve in different interval which the hydraulic press adopted.Finally, this paper discusses the80MN isothermal forging hydraulic machine in0.005mm/s-10mm/s working speed, multi cylinder four corner leveling controlmethod, and based on multi-cylinder and multi-variable couping control mothod.Integral is used to eliminate unknown bias load influence on system. Finally, itsapplication to practical hydraulic system control, the result shows that, this methodhas a good control effect, can overcome the unknown load influence on the system,achieve higher accuracy leveling effect.
