My master’s degree thesis consists of two parts.The study on synthesis technology of1,1-dimethylpropynylamine is the first part.1,1-dimethylpropynylamine belongs to propargyl amine, which has wide range of ap-plications, for example,1,1-dimethylpropynylamine is important component ofNickel-plated brightener, propargyl amines have wide applications in chemicalsynthesis and also has a special pharmacological effect. Taking into account theproduction technology of methylbutynol has been very mature, the synthesis route hasbeen designed as: the methylbutynol used for raw material, is converted into3-chloro-3-methyl-l-butyne by concentrated hydrochloric acid, then aminated in liquidamine and eventually tuned into1,1-dimethylpropynylamine. The best reactionconditions have been established through a series of experiments. The key steps arethe amination and purification. The amination is carried out at room temperature inthe autoclave at high-pressure with liquid ammonia. The crude product after fractionaldistillation becomes more than99percent of the purity. According to the repeatedexperiments results, the industrial design has been accomplished.The second part is the study on synthesis of tetrahydroisoxazol by the nitrone andmonosubstituted olefin’s1,3-dipolar cycloaddition. The biological activity ofisoxazole compounds has been widely recognized; how to synthesize specialbiological activity isoxazole has been a popular research. It is known that thebiological activity of N-aryl amines tetrahydroisoxazol is particularly from previouswork in our research group. In this study two kinds of nitrone has been prepared withnew prepared pyridine ammonium4-nitroso-N,N-dimethyl aniline, and two newtetrahydroisoxazols has been synthesized by nitrone-1and monosubstituted olefin’s1,3-dipolar cycloaddition, but new tetrahydroisoxazol has not been obtained bynitrone-2.
