Nano-material, because of its size minimal, the structure is special, it has manydifferent from conventional. The unique physical and chemical characteristics ofmaterials, such as small size effects, surface effects, very high rates of reaction.quantum effect, quantum tunnel effect, and so on, aroused great interest amongscholars. From the late1950s to the present, merely several dozens years time, nanometer branch Studied already became in the world three big prop science (lifesciences, information science, a nanometer science) one, became the currentdeveloped country investment to be most, to develop the quickest scientific researchand one of technical development domains. This has led to an increasing number ofnano materials into the environment through a variety of channels, greatly threateningthe ecological environment of security, especially the human health. This problem hasattracted widespread attention in the whole community. The urgent need for theirbio-safety scientific assessment to enable nanomaterials can truly benefit humanity. However, the current research in this area is extremely limited, and it is difficult forits safety standards and waste disposal provides a scientific basis. This experiment was conducted on the premise that, I studied several current morebroad application of nano-materials (such as nano-TiO2,nano-Ag, and so on) tozebrafish embryonic development of bio-toxicity, and discusses their effects ongrowth and development of zebrafish. The main results are as follows:(1) Establishment of nano-materials such as Nano-TiO2,Nano-Ag on theexperimental model of zebrafish embryos exposed to;(2) Discussion of nanometer materials in water such as the nano-TiO2,nano-Agreunion;(3) Has studied the nano-TiO2nano-Ag, nano materials such as zebra fish fertilizedeggs for hatching process and its embryonic development impact;(4)Study nano-TiO2,nano-Ag on the growth of zebrafish physiological effects. The research indicated, when Nano-TiO2and Nano-Ag suspending liquid high doseexposition can suppress the zebra fish embryonic development, displays lengthens forthe hatching time, the exposed group juvenile fish body long reduces, the growth abnormal (for example the performance is a rear part/The dorsal chord is curving, theheart is abnormal, heart rate slow-down, heart envelope dropsy, yolk sac dropsy, aspects and so on melanin reduction); When exposed to low doses, it can evenpromote zebra fish growth and development, the harmful effects are not obvious andbasic can be considered to be safe. This might have been Nano–TiO2Nano-Ag, whenexposed to low doses optimized the fish habitats. Of course, this problem should befurther studied.
