Along with the development of science and technology, people’s requirements of textile application become higher and higher, water-borne polyurethane is one kind of polymer materials with excellent properties, as the coated fabric agent has been widely used, water-borne polyurethane coating agent flame retarding treatment is an important issue.This paper with poly propylene carbonate glycol (PPC), toluene diisocyanate (TDI) and dimethylolpropionic acid (DMPA) as the main raw material, synthesis the sealing modification waterborne polyurethane. Join in Ammonium Polyphosphate (APP), melamine (MEL), pentaerythritol (PER) and flame retardant association effect agent in the synthesis of polyurethane. Get the water-borne polyurethane coating fabric flame retardant agent, used as coating finishing in the polyester fabric, test and character the flame retardant coating fabric which has been preparated,and compared the flame retardant properties of fabric finishing by the flame retardant agent and the mainstream flame retardant agent.The experiment through analyzed the water-borne polyurethane R value, the dosage of DMPA, prepolymerization temperature and time, chain extension agent, and chain extender temperature and time, modification agent, and the modified temperature and time, sealing the coefficient, sealing temperature and time such as the factors, and get the best synthetic process of the sealing modification waterborne polyurethane, R value1.8, DMPA dosage is3%(relative to the percentage of prepolymerization’s total quality), prepolymerization prepolymerization temperature70℃ã€time3h, chain extension agent BDO dosage0.5mol (will advance in the amount of polymer diols as standard1mol) and extender chain temperature80℃, and extender chain time2h, modification agent epoxy resin dosage4%(relative to the percentage of the polymer’s total quality), modification temperature80%〠time1h, the coefficient sealing1.2, sealing temperature60℃and time1h. Through join flame retardants agent and flame retardant association effect agent to the preparation of waterborne polyurethane, get the polyurethane with good flame retardant properties. The experiment through analysis the proportion of flame retardants agent, the dosage of flame retardant agent, Silicon kind of flame retardant association effect agent screening, the dosage of silicon flame retardant association effect agent, and inorganic flame retardant association effect agent screening, the dosage of inorganic flame retardant association effect agent such as the factors, the results show that the flame retardant APP: MEL:PER ratio is30:15:15, flame retardant quality is the quality of waterborne polyurethane40%, silicon flame retardant association effect agent is determined as the agent two silicone fluid, two silicone fluid amount4%(for a percentage of flame retardant fabric coating agent’s total quality), inorganic flame retardant association effect agent is determined as the agent of magnesium hydroxide (Mg (OH)2), and the amount is5%(for a percentage of flame retardant fabric coating agent’s total quality).The experiment analyzed the finishing dosage of flame retardant fabric coating agent, fabric drying temperature and time, baking temper ature and time such as the factors, and determined the best coating finishing technologies, the finishing dosage of the flame retardant coating agent was120%(of polyester fabrics weight increase rate), drying temperature and time is100℃×3min, baking temperature and time is160℃×2min.Through the Fourier transformation ir characterization to the preparation of poly propylene carbonate glycol polyurethane flame retardant coating agent, show that the preparated copolymer contain NHCO-group, and no-NCO group. Through the DSC chart of characterization, shows that the polymer’s uncord sealing temperature near138.9℃, the sealing-NCO group can be completely un-ban under the baking temperature. Thermogravimetric analysis (TG-DTA) characterization, shows that the water-borne polyurethane with flame retardant agent and flame retardant association effect agent, can obviously improve the treatment of fabric heat resistance and thermal decomposition temperature, improve the fabric of flame retardant propertyCompared with the fabric finishing agent of flame retardant finishing polyester fabric and not finished fabrics, in the process of burning, the burning time is short and Produce less smoke, without melting drops basicly, then fabric has good flame retardant properties after finishing. |
