In recent years, the study of curcumin is very active, the main component ofturmeric curcumin has choleretic, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, hypolipidemic, antibacterial, anti-cancer activity and other physiological functions. Curcumin has acertain pharmacological effects, it is widely used in the field of medicine, beconsidered the value of the drugs with the development of dual-use natural foodproducts. This paper summarized the importance of curcumin research progress andrare earth elements of life, a more systematic discussion of research progress as wellas the mechanism of the photochromic. This thesis has four parts:PartⅠ: rare-earth ions and the pharmacological activity of curcumin andphotochromism of Research. This paper summarizes the photochromic study progress and rare earth elements isthe significance of life.System summarizes the effect of curcumin and curcumin at thedifferent nature of various aspects.Part II: Response template with curcumin and synthetic Diethylenetriamine a series ofcomplexes of rare earth. And nuclear magnetic resonance IR, NMR, TG-DTA, molarconductance and elemental analysis were characterized. To determine the compositionof complexes. Studied at room temperature complex nature of the fluorescence.Andto explore the complex UV-visible spectra and photochromic properties of therelationship between the studied organic solvents in the photochromism andsolvatochromism performance, And discussion and light-induced discoloration of thesolvent properties.PartⅢ: Synthesis, Characterization and fluorescence of curcumin aniline Schiff baserare earth. To rare earth (Ⅲ) nitrate and curcu min as raw materials, synthesis of a series ofmacrocyclic complexes of rare earth, through the, molar conductance, IR, TG-DTAand UV absorption spectra of their structural characterization. To determine thestructure of the complexes, complexes at the same time studied at room temperature, the nature of the fluorescence results show that the complex showed thecharacteristics of the corresponding ligand fluorescence. PartⅣ: Study on photochromic of complexes.Studied the curcumin reduction of two aniline Schiff base complex and curcuminreduction of bis (4-methyl aniline) Schiff Base Complexes photochromic properties,to explore the complex UV-visible spectra and photochromic properties of therelationship between the studied organic solvents in the photochromism andsolvatochromism performance, experiments show that the complexes have goodphotochromic properties. And steady-state and time-related UV-visible spectra of itssolution Photoluminescence and photochromic behavior of study, discussion andlight-induced discoloration of the solvent properties.PartⅤ:Antibacterial properties of complexes.Antibacterial experimental results show that: has a better inhibition ofcomplexes of E. coli and Staphylococcus aureus.
