This work was concentrated on the studies of synthesis BaTi2O5ceramic solidsolution and its dielectric properties by sol-gel method, synthesis BaTi2O5ceramic byanisotropic grain growth. Effect of different doping on BaTi2O5ceramic synthesisconditions and solid solubility limit, parameters changes of the lattice, sintering anddielectric properties and mechanical activation was prepared BaTi2O5ceramicpowders.Research results revealed:Sol-gel method prepared under differention doping of BaTi2O5ceramic solidsolution with a mixed solution of pH=4nBa(Ac)2: nTi(OC4H9)4: nCH3COOH: nMOE=1.00:2.00:7.97:21.17insulation gel transition temperature of100℃process conditions and effect of it′s microstructure and dielectric properties. Thephase analysis showed that the peak doping BaTi2O5significantly higher than theundoped peak, dielectric properties analysis showed that the dielectric constant of thedoping BaTi2O5significantly higher than the undoped. The difference is that differentdoping BaTi2O5ceramic solid solubility limit is different.Synthesis of BaTi2O5ceramic powder with mechanical activation method, underball ratio of20:1, milling time of3hours. Phase analysis showed that BaTi2O5powder phase single, the infrared spectrum was consistent with phase analysis,dielectric properties analysis showed that this method is similar to sol-gel methodsynthesis of BaTi2O5′s dielectric constant, but the dielectric loss increased.
