In this paper, many data on micro-displacement workable have been collectedand read; their study status at home and abroad has been introduced in brief. Basedon these, a double degree of freedom micro-displacement workable is introduced.The micro-displacement workable can eliminate the cross-coupling error and canreduce the size of the structure. This paper deduced the equation of relationshipbetween the workbench load and displacement; the3D model simulationcalculation by using the finite element method, from which the displacement andstress data corresponding to the load are obtained. The mathematical modeling ofmicro-displacement workable has been done with the orthogonal experimentmethod and the date processing software. Based on the double degree of freedommicro-displacement workable, the design of the exploratory has been done with athree degree of freedom micro-displacement workable, and its movement and stresshave been detailed analysis by using the finite element software. The designedmicro-displacement workable can be potentially applied in the fields ofmicromanipulation, biological, medical engineering. etc. |
