Grain, oil and food industry is indispensable in the daily life of people. As an importantpart of the grain, oil and food processing industry, rice processing plays an important role inour daily life. The husker process is one of the most important links in rice processingtechnology. Therefore, the rubber roller sheller is more selected equipment, and has a pivotalposition in rice processing industry.At present, the designing of rubber roller sheller part still remain the traditionaltwo-dimensional CAD technology basically in our country. There are no related thesis,dissertation, magazines and other relevant reports about parameterized design of rubber rollersheller part. Considering the existing problems about the designing of the rubber roller sheller,introducing3D visual design into developing and designing the same series of the main partsof rubber roller sheller is inevitable. The main parts of the rubber roller sheller havesimilarities in structure, so developing a set of parametric design system that is suitable for themain parts of the rubber roller sheller has a very important practical significance. It can notonly improve the designing level and designing efficiency of the rubber roller sheller, but canalso shorten the development cycle.Based on the main parts of the LT·24rubber roller sheller, VB is used as a developingplatform. The article introduces the key technology of the parameterized design system at thebasis of the feature molding technology of SolidWorks. According to the research onSolidWorks secondary development and FEM about the main parts of the LT-24rubber rollersheller, this article has mainly finished the following contents:1. Based on the relevant crafts and motion parameters of the LT·24rubber roller sheller,designing the main parts of the rubber roller sheller, then setting up the three-dimensionalsolid modeling template file.2. Recording to the methods and steps of the parameterized design, it sets up theparameterized design system of rubber roller sheller part. It can complete the parameterizeddesign of the main parts, database management.3. Recording to mechanical calculation, doing the finite element analysis on the important parts, to provide a basis for the parametric design.This system realizes the parametric design of the main parts of the rubber roller sheller.According to the finite element analysis of the main parts of the rubber roller sheller, itprovides a foundation for the following designing. What’s more, the methods and ideas of thesystem design provide the reference for the parameterized design system of other structures ofrubber roller sheller and other food processing equipments.
