With the continuous development of the rolling process and equipment.the various departments of the national economy need the increasingly high demand of the performance of the strip and the accuracy. The rolling of the finishing mill is the last process of the product during the rolling process, whether hot rolling finishing mill equipment is advanced or not and the discretion of the intelligent control system, are the main factors affect the quality of the product. So finishing the research to hot group of strip are very important. In this paper a hot continuous rolling transformation equipment of wisco is regarded as a group of design and research object.Modern stands of strip on the production line is the main production equipment, which is caused by frame (arch). roll, pressing device, roller type adjustment device, balance device, gearing, lubrication system, hydraulic pressure system, etc. Roll and frame in rolling process will take a lot of rolling force, rolling torque and dynamic load, stands of roll and frame are the main force of the component. So the research to stands of roll and frame the stiffness, strength study is very necessary.Firstly.this paper provides structure design and theoretical analysis of finishing mill roll, finishing equipment under the pressure, balance device, roller type adjustment device, frame (arch), main transmission device, roll change device structure. Finish the checking of the big roll and force the frame structure of the strength and stiffness to strip, and judge the rationality of the design.Secondly, using the finite element software ANSYS11.0as the tool of analysis, we achieve the stress analysis of the main stress components of finishing roll cutter.according to the design parameters of the model to achieve analysis of the finite element software solution of the displacement and stress. Comparing the result of finite analysis and material mechanics formula theoretical analysis, two kinds of methods to determine their characteristics and applicable range are achieved, and verifies the rationality and correctness of the finite element analysis.Finally, based on the theoretical analysis and the finite element analysis of hot rolling stands of roller, supporting roller, the rationality and feasibility of the structure design are determined and not reasonable place of structure design are improved. |
