0.5G dendrimer polyamide-amine (PAMAM) with ethylenediamine-core was synthesized by divergent synthesis. After being modified by the ethanolamine,0.5G PAMAM took reactions with2-chloro chloride acylation, and then the initiator end of the chlorine atoms was successfully prepared.Under the condition of the same material ratio, reaction temperature and different reaction time, five temperature-sensitive dendritic PAMAM-PNIPAMs with different molecular weight molecules were got in ATRP reaction. It was showed that the polymerization was well-controled and polymer molecular weight distribution was narrow, between1.16~1.23.After the PAMAM-PNIPAM coordinated with EuCl3and small molecules TTA, five different molecular weight of the temperature-sensitive dendritic europium-containing polymers were got, whose lower critical solution temperature (LCST) were between32℃~34℃. And the polymers showed fluorescence.
