ZnSe can emit blue light, used in blue-ray semiconductor lasers, LED and multi-functional solar cells widely.In this paper, we used method of electrochemical deposition to prepare ZeSe film on ITO conductive glass substrate, and studied the effects of process parameters of the film. Volt-ampere characteristic, XRD, SEM and optical characteristic of deposition process were analyzed.In the experiment, the optimum parameters of method of electrochemical deposition to prepare ZeSe film were determined through the process parameters Zn2+/SeO32-concentration ratio, current density, value of PH, temperature and deposition time. The ideal deposition potential were determined through the volt-ampere characteristic analysis. After annealing, the quality of ZnSe films were improved, the excess red amorphous Se in the film were removed.
