The research of application is important presently. Basing on the pilot-scale system of the aerobic granular sludge, this study aims to analyze the feasibility of the aerobic granular sludge technology application using comparative analysis, market research and comprehensive evaluation. The main works and results of this study are as follows:1. A pilot aerobic granular sludge system with the maximum capacity of120m3/d was constructed and operated in an urban wastewater treatment plant. The pilot-scale system was stably operated for more than300days. The good quality aerobic granular sludge with average SVI30of35ml/g was formed.2. Through contrast analysis with this wastewater treatment plant, found that the treatment effect was similar in the maximum load case in both the pilot-scale system and the wastewater treatment plant. The pilot-scale system’s average volume load of CODCr and NH4+-N were respectively3.83times and2.09times larger than that in the wastewater treatment plant. The effective utilization rate was9.55m3/m2, which was1.60times larger than that in this wastewater treatment plant.3. The analysis of the wastewater treatment industry showed that, the wastewater treatment technology with high effective treatment, low energy consumption and easy management was increasingly required. The aerobic granular sludge technology would be accepted due to meeting the requirement of market.4. The horizontal comprehensive and multi-angle comprehensive analysis of anaerobic granular sludge technology’s application by using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and SWOT-AHP showed that the technology has main advantages of good treatment effect and land saving, but lack more real experience. Currently, there are still some risks of this technology application. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | aerobic granular sludge, SBR, wastewater treatment, pilot-scale, analytic hierarchy process, SWOT-AHP, feasibility of application | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
