As a mainstream desulfurization technology, the Wet Flue Gas desulfurization technology (WFGD) has been widely used in our country. The matured denitrification technology is selective catalytic reduction (SCR),which usually cover a very large volume of space, have high investment and the operating cost. Therefore, it is meaningful to simultaneously remove SO2and NOx in existed pollutant control system.Based on the review of existing pollution control technology and multi-pollutant removal technology,the kinetics of desulfurization and denitrification by NaCl02/(NH4)2C03solution, and the absorption kinetics of NO2into aqueous (NH4)2SO3solution in a stirred tank reactor was studied.The effect of the reaction temperature,the concentration of NO,NaClO2,(NH4)2S03and (NH4)2CO3on the absorption rate of NO、NO2、SO2were determined in the experiments of absorption characteristic. The kinetics parameters, including reaction order of NaClO2and NO、rate constant、activated energy and the frequency factor were determined according to experimental data. Thus, the numerical model of NO absorption rate can be determined.Based on earlier researches,the effects of the of NO、NaClO2、(NH4)2SO3and (NH4)2CO3liquid-gas ratio (L/G) and pH to removal efficiency were studied and determined in spray tower. The products were analyzed by ion chromatography and the reaction equation of the whole reaction can be deduced.The prediction model of denitrification efficiency was built, and the effect of various operating factors can be determined by response surface methodology. From the analysis of the notability,the result showed NaC102 concentration、pH、the SO2concentration and the interaction of NaC102concentration and SO2concentration affected the denitrification efficiency largely.Then Optimized the initial model and gained the final prediction model of Denitrification efficiency by NaClO2/(NH4) CO3solution.From the analysis of the ammonia desulfurization and denitrification system,the material balance calculation method was proposed.It was based on the system heat balance、water balance、gas balance and solid balance, mutual coupling and interaction each other. Though the analysis of the system and the integration of Gas-Liquid-Solid three-phase system a material balance calculation software was worked out.
