Considering the increasingly serious pollution problem of heavy metalions, Through a great deal of experiments this paper take Desulfovibriodesulfuricans as research object to study its removal to heavy metal anddynamic study.1.Firstly In this paperResponse surface methodology(RSM) was used tooptimize the suitable growing conditions for the strains: the optimum pH was7.1; the optimun temperature of the growth was35℃,inoculationamount was30%(volume fraction, density1.0×109-1.5×109).2.It also studied the methods to fit for laboratory to preserve SRB strainsDesulfovibrio desulfurican. liquid waxand high-level semi-solid agar waxwere found easy to operate and could be maintained for1-2years at-20℃,whilePaper-disc method andsemi-solid agar preservation were relatively poor.3.Making SRB strains Desulfovibrio desulfuricans under optimizedgrowing conditions, this strains were studied for tolerance concentration toheavy metal ions: the maximum tolerance to Cr6+Zn2+、Cu2+、Pb2+wererespectively450mg/L,400mg/L,400mg/L,200mg/L.4.With the same conditions, the strains were then studied for the removaleffect to heavy metal ions: when the initial concentration of Cr6+was30mg/L,maximum removal rate was90.4%; when the initial concentration of Zn2+was28.7mg/L, maximum removal rate was93.5%;when the initial concentration ofCu2+was10mg/L, maximum removal rate was87.9%; when the initialconcentration of Pb2+was4.8mg/L, maximum removal rate was85.6.
