Pesticide wastewater has high organic concentration, poorbiodegradability and degradation, biological toxicity is strong, and it is hardto process. It will cause serious influence to environment if it is directlydischarged wothout processing.In this study, the anaerobic part of the experiment is in a pesticide factoryin Hefei. The experimental results show that the anaerobic activated carbonfluidized bed has good removal efficiency of COD and ammonia nitrogen, theremoval efficiency of COD can reach to80%and ammonia nitrogen70%.In aerobic part,the Internal-circulation three-phase bio-fluidizedbed(ITFB) which made by myself is used to used to dispose organic pollutantand nitroge in the organic pesticides wastewater, and the change ofbiodegradability and acute biological toxicity. The results show that: Thegranular activated carbon internal-circulation three-phase bio-fluidized bedusing rapid mud hang Biofilm is fast.Activated sludge can be trained in about20days.The granular activated carbon internal-circulation three-phasebio-fluidized bed is not sensitive,when the temperature is20-30℃,and it hasthe ability to resist temperature change.Aeration amount has impact on thetreatment efficiency, aeration excessive or too low will cause the processingefficiency of the reactor dropped.The optimum aeration is5L/min. The bestHRT of the granular activated carbon internal-circulation three-phasebio-fluidized bed is4h,,on treating pesticide wastewater. HRT has greatimpact on the treatment effect when HRT is too long or too short. when theaeration volume5L/min, hydraulic retention time of4h,COD,TN removalrate is48.36%,29.53%respectively. The B/C of effluent is increased to0.28after treating by reactor, The biodegradability of wastewater significantlyimproved; The acute toxicity decreased by33%.For the high concentration anddifficult degradable organic pesticide wastewater,,when the removalefficiency of CODcr is48.36%, the reactor of the organic volumetric loadingis8.06kgCOD/m3·d. The rusults show that the ITFB has certain effect to organic pesticideswastewater treatment and offer a new idea for pesticide wastewater treatment.
