In recent years, due to the enormous advantages of thermosetting plastics iswidely-used in the national economy, with the waste pollution from worsening.Thermosetting plastics recycling usually adopts physical method for the initialcrush, and the crushed material is used as a filler for the production of new plastic,which is one of the prime recycling method, but the recycling value and efficiencyis less high; aiming at recycling thermosetting plastic effectively, many scholarsand research institutions have been studying on this realm.Through analyzing physical properties and fracture mechanism of grindingprocess, achieving thermosetting plastics ultra-fine grinding is the prerequisite forefficient recycling. In order to study the flow field patterns of thermosettingplastics during the process of crushing, Simplifies the internal cavity grinder model,ignoring the impact of particles, using the theory of computational fluid dynamics,and applying model of RNG k-ε turbulence and the algorithm of SIMPLER forsolving the N-S equations of gas,In connection with several different options ofCutter grinder cavity structure, wall structure, and mill speed, researching thepressure field and velocity field of the cutting shredders, Determine the triple helixcutter and ladder wall structure as an experimental test plane. The results showedthat materials can get very small particle under the condition.Through serving discarded refrigerator insulation board as testing material,adopting thermosetting plastic smash-regenerating testing equipment, devised theproject setting on numerical simulation, getting the results of tiny particles withtesting equipment, the particles size distribution and distribution of flow fieldpresent corresponding relationship as speed increased. By means of orthogonal testand infrared optical spectrum etc, illustrating that the fracture of carbamic acidester belonging to main polymer chain happens in the position of C-O bond inperssad, becoming such high-polymers of a smaller crosslinking degree,providinga theoretical basis for the regeneration of molding.
