Glucose tetraesters is an important kind of tobacco fragrance precursorsubstances. Glucose tetraesters can realize the spices release, reduce the use of spices.This project using selective protection, esterification, take off protection methods ofsynthesizing different methyl-α-D-pyranoid glucose,2,3,4,6-tetra-O-isobutyryl-α-D-Methyl glucopyranoside,2,3,4,6-tetra-O-isoamylacyl-α-D-methylpyranglucosidase,2,3,4,6-tetra-O-3’-methylamylacyl-α-D-methylpyranglucoside and6-acetyl-2,3,4-tri-O-isobutyryl-α-D-methylglucopyranoside,6-acetyl-2,3,4-tri-O-isoamylacyl-α-D-methylglucopyranoside,6-acetyl-2,3,4-tri-O-3’-methylamylacyl-α-D-methylpyranglucosid-ase,6-acetyl-2,3,4-tri-O-isobutyrylacyl-α-D-methyl-glucopyranose,6-acetyl-2,3,4-tri-O-isoamylacyl-α-D-methylglucopyranose. NMR and HPLC-MS detection method forstructural corroboration.Compatibility study the comfort sensory evaluation results and the flavors andfragrances, to determine glucose four acetate for cigarette sensory quality is animportant contribution to the study of the synthesis process, determine theoptimalsynthesis of process routes.
