| Conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) on human health had the potential roles which had been showed by more and more studies.Conjugated linoleic acid had the effect of anti-cancer to the body, reducing fat effect, blood glucose regulation, animal immune function and cell culture model,reducing heart disease and atherosclerosis risk and a little bit of the positive role.Linoleic acid was chose as the reaction material. Alkali isomerization method which combined with the response surface analysis method wereselected to produce conjugated linoleic acid.Meanwhile, urea adduct method was chose to pure conjugated linoleic acid. The oxidizability of conjugated linoleic acid had been investigated. The kunming mice (KM) of obesity model had been established to research the effect reducing weight of conjugated linoleic acid.The main results had been shown as follows:(1) Alkali catalytic isomerization method for the study of conjugated linoleic acid, alkali isomerization method preparation of conjugated linoleic acid sample contained both of the c9, t11-CLA and t10, c12-CLA,which with excellent preparation of conjugated linoleic acid conditions were that alkali and linoleic acid consumption ratio was1.4:1, the solvent and dosage of alkali ratio was2.9:1, reaction temperature was184℃, reaction time was2.7h.(2) Urea adduct method conjugated linoleic acid purification of the study had been showed that under the condition of temperature was-10℃, time was10h, solvent for urea and the volume ratio was1:4, CLA and urea quality was1:3had the better purification condition.(3) Conjugated linoleic acid effect reducing weight research had been showed that nutrition fed formula could be built successful kunming mice (KM) of obesity model. Obesity control mice Lee’s index, fat coefficient, serum levels of total cholesterol, triglyceride and low density lipoprotein content were significantly higher than height of conjugated linoleic acid high, medium and low dose group of obesity, high density lipoprotein in control group significantly below the height of conjugated linoleic acid high dose group, the content of conjugated linoleic acid had that reduce weight function. The formation of the obesity and confirmed the potential target was likely to be synthase fatty acids. At the same time, conjugated linoleic acid in mice didn’t produce side effects. |
