Solid heteropoly acid is an important non-corrosive, non-polluting green solid acid catalyst that widely used in organic catalytic reactions such as alkylation, its mainadvantage is have perfect catalytic activity, selectivity, and the ease of operatingconditions.In this paper, a series of solid acid catalyst have been made for alkylation reactionof thiophene in FCC gasoline and olefin that gasoline itself containing to increase theboiling point of sulfur compounds in gasoline to reach the purpose of the gasolinedesulfurization.The design and assembly the heteropoly acid catalysts with mesoporous shellcharacteristics and magnetic. Modulated the soft magnetic properties of α-type ferritethrough changing the particle size that modulated the additive that made the catalyst. Thesuccessful preparation of the substrate material with high saturation magnetization, lowcoercivity and high stability of super paramagnetic. Build a dense silicon dioxide protectionlayer that controlled deposition in the magnetic substrate surface, Get the differentstructural properties and surface mesoporous silica. And then to assemble magnetic containedheteropoly acid catalyst by impregnation method supported heteropoly acid. Tracking anddetection by modern analytical instruments by BET, TG-DSC, X-ray diffraction, revealing thestructural features and performance changes of the structural unit, and the catalyticalkylation reaction, the evaluation of magnetic solid heteropoly acid catalytic propertiesand magnetic response andThe separation characteristics.At the same time, respectively, with activated carbon, mesoporous silica, and themagnetic carriers prepared using impregnation complex magnetic heteropoly acid preparationof the corresponding catalyst in an autoclave with simulated gasoline study, and preparedsolid superacid catalysts in parallel onsimulated gasoline alkylation, and the reaction,the use of the GC micro-coulomb instrument, MS products were characterized. Find out thelaw of the alkylation reaction of aromatics alkylation of the solvent oil deep desulfurization development of new technologies to provide key technologies, and promote the developmentof industrial catalytic, so this project not only has important theoretical value, but alsohas broad application prospects.By the reaction results shows that under the load of35%phosphotungstic acid reaction,the autoclave120℃,2MP, good alkylation catalytic effect of the magnetic catalyst showeda better response andrecycling performance. Thiophene conversion rate of87%, the catalystshowed good stability and catalytic activity.
