Bearing,the critical part in mechanical industry,is regarded as the mechanicaljoint. It is mainly used to support the mechanical rotation of the axis, and to ensure theaccuracy of the rotation,in order to reduce the friction coefficient. Bearing, the strictmatching and basic piece, is widely used in many fields, such as national defense,industry,agriculture, science and so on. With the development direction of modernequipment tending to high speed, over loading,automation, intellectuality,accuracyand miniaturization,the quality and function of bearing should be improved,Thisthesis based on the method of strengthen the grinding which can eliminate the residualcompressive stress and improve the fatigue strength of ring, extend the fatigue life ofbearing and improve the surface properties of bearing. This article research form threeaspects, which are the improvement of the structure of strengthen the grindingequipment, the design of control system of strengthen the grinding equipment and theprocessing experiment of strengthen the grinding equipment.In the respect of improvement of the structure of strengthen the grindingequipment,through the adjustion and revision of the problems which are found outduring the process of the installation and debugging of the strengthen grindingprototype,the defending devices in the processing and safe area are strengthened, thespray and recycle systems are improved, and the configuration of peripheralequipment of the spray system,as air compressor and air storage tank,by controllingthe adjustment regulation of electromagnetic coreless fixture offset.The strengthening-polishing machine’s control system’s core is the Siemens PLC-200.The control system output the voltage of0to10V through analog output, andcontrol the speed of three-phase asynchronous motor by the inverter.PLC digital portcontrol the unintentional electromagnetic fixture and the injection system’s on and offthrough control the fixture’s charge demagnetization and solenoid valve.As the man-machine interface, the prestige touch screen is designed for real-time datatransmissions, real-time monitoring and setting the parameters of the three-phaseasynchronous motor’s speed and processing time。 In the respect of the experiments of strengthen the grinding,through theorthogonal experiments to confirm the influence of several main processingparameters of processing time and gas pressure and work piece speed on the surfacequality of the bearing and surface morphology and residual stress and hardness.Through analyzing the experimental data,getting the optimal experimental processingparameters under the premise of existing experimental conditions.
