According to industrial wastewater,a high content of organic pollutants are produced with serious environmental pollution,Therefore,the new innovation of the wastewater treatment technology should be concerned.In the new technology, Low temperature plasma technology has a higher content of machine degradation ability and more strong oxidation, so that it will become the various countries’water treatment technology in the world.Atmospheric pressure plasma is rich in high energy of ions substance, and its processing efficiency is high, such as having no need with expensive vacuum equipment being low-cost, and easily being operated.Therefore,the DBD plasma shows widely potential applications and a long future in industry. In my paper, the innovative is using a high conductivity of the liquid as an electrode of dielectric barrier discharge (DBD), paper studies discharge characteristics of the basic device and explores the application of technology in the treatment of wastewater feasibility. Overall, through the theory and experiment,we take some basic datas and take some conclusions.(1) Design a new plasma devices. Characteristics of this device has simple structure and easy operation with big gas-liquid interface, sewage and the generation of plasma full contact, increase processing efficiency.(2) Through the experiment research to find out of a reasonable operation parameters of the plasma,such as:power, gas flow rate and the flow of water, the skew Angle of plasma devices, the argon, air, oxygen, nitrogen plasma treatment,contrast the acidic magenta color change solution we find out that color change is different with different plasma role,and through the measurement of the emission spectrum after reaction solution, PH value, ultraviolet absorption curve to find out the reasons of different color changes,processing results for oxygen with the highest efficiency degradation, argon degradation efficiency minimum.(3) In the condition of atmospheric pressure, by measuring atmospheric pressure produced by a dielectric barrier discharge emission spectrum, the main using is the emission spectrum of dielectric barrier discharge plasma research, We adopt the argon and a little oxygen gas mixture, helium and a little oxygen gas mixture, respectively as discharge gas, experimental analysis the oxygen concentration, frequency and voltage, gas flow on active species influence generated by plasma, According to the need for one of the factors respectively on the adjustment,we Research the emission spectrum from the active species produced by plasma...
