In this thesis, the CaAlSiNa:Eu2+red phosphor and solid solutions are prepared by the carbothermal reduction and nitridation. The phosphor are analyzed by X-ray powder diffraction and fluorescence spectrophotometer for researching the crystal structure and the spectral characteristics. The results show that the best sintering temperature for synthesising phosphor is1600℃, constant temperature for6hours, the best ventilation of nitrogen is4L/min, the best doping concentration of Eu2+is20mo1%, the best doping concentration of NH4CI is0.6wt%, the best doping ratio for nc/nca is1.8. the CaAlSiNs:Eu2+phosphor belongs to orthorhombic phase, when it is stimulated by blu-ray at450nm, its emission peak locates at640nm, which has a broadband form570nm to700nm. In addition, its excitation peak locates at460-480nm. When the doping concentration of Eu2+increases, the emission intensity increased gradually; When the doping concentration of Eu2+greater than20mol%, the emission intensity began to decrease.
