In1984High Pressure Grinding Rolls as a new grinding technology is introduced. Sincethen, it has been widely used in all over the world, the main application fields are cement andlimestone industry. Recent High Pressure Grinding Rolls is also the application of ore field ingradually, mainly aims are the iron ore and diamond mine, so it have to face more severeoperating conditions, the stability of the machine itself to demand is higher also. In these areas,High Pressure Grinding Rolls range is very wide, big to65mm, small to100μ m. HighPressure Grinding Rolls can obviously improve the productivity of the whole system. Thereason is that roller grinding function a list of the output than directly to the final product, andwill be squeezed the bond index materials "reduce", so it can improve next procedureproduction capacity. The manufacture of High Pressure Grinding Rolls is very expensive, small size HighPressure Grinding Rolls costs tens of millions, a slightly larger one costs much more, so thedesign of High Pressure Grinding Rolls must be careful, in order to reduce the design cost andreduce the design risk. This article first analyzes the actual conditions, we can get the feedsize, material particle size of raw materials, the compressive strength and the configurationdemand maximum motor power. In order to process the large quantities of data, we use theExcel which has the corresponding calculation program. Then we can get the optimaldiameter of the roller, roller mill width, speed. When we have got these data, we can alsochoose the right type of bearing, reducer model, coupling model. We use the Pro/e to createthe three-dimensional model of High Pressure Grinding Rolls and do the finite elementanalysis and motion simulation. After that we can make sure that the design of High PressureGrinding Rolls can fit the actual conditions and whether the destructive reactions such asdeformation and interference. This paper analyzed the data to modify the corresponding partof the design, in order to increase the safety coefficient.
