| Layered double hydroxides (LDHs), also known as anionic clays or hydrotalcite-likecompounds, are a class of inorganic materials with potential applications in wide areas.LDH possess special structure and excellent properties, so layered double hydroxideshave been a hotspot in the area of international material subject and chemistry in last tenyears.In this paper, several modified electrodes were fabricated based on the especialproperties of rare-earth doped layered double hydroxides, and successfully applied tothe electrochemical behavior to L-cysteine, epinerine, and explored the LDHs as thermalstabilizer of PVC. The major works are summarized as follows:(1) The Ce-doped Mg-Al LDHs(Mg-Al-Ce LDHs)were synthesized by the method ofcoprecipitation and the products were characterized by XRD, SEM and XPS. We usedthe material to prepare chemical modified electrode and discussed the electrochemicalbehavior to L-CysH. Some factors were investigated: different electrodes, pH value, scanrate and the effect of interferents. The results suggest that our modified electrode exhibitsexcellent electrochemical behavior to L-CysH. Besides, the modified electrode possessesthe properties of low-cost, high selectivity, long term stability and excellentreproducibility.(2) Zn-Al-Ce LDHs film were electrodeposited on the glassy carbon electrode, the filmwas uniform and stable. At the same time, the properties of the surface of modifiedelectrode were investigated in detail. The film modified electrodes exhibit excellentelectrochemical behavior to epinephrine. Moreover,the modified electrode possesses theproperties of low-cost, high selectivity, excellent reproducibility and long term stability,it become an powerful instrument to diagnose epinerine and uric acid in physic field. (3) A series of layered double hydroxides cotaining Ce or La were synthesized throughdifferent experimental conditions such as synthesis method,interlayer anion andAl3+/Ce3+ratio. The thermal stability of rare earth-doped LDHs on PVC resin by the staticthermal stability test. It showed that rare earth-doped LDHs have good thermal stabilityon PVC resin. It is important to scientific research and practical application in the field ofPVC thermal stabilizer. |
