Lamp-house as driving force to active catalyst during photocatalytic degrading has thebenefit to accelerate the redox and has become a satisfactory environmental pollutiontreatment technique, the method has a great future because of high efficiency, energy savingand no secondary pollution benefit.By useing DBU liquid phase catalytic method synthesis four metallophthalocyanines (α-octa-(p-dicyclopentyl phenoxy) phthalocyanine zinc(Ⅱ)(α-CyOPcZn), α-octa-(p-dicyclopent-ylphenoxy) phthaloyanine copper(Ⅱ)(α-CyOPcCu), α-octa-(p-dicyclopentylphenoxy)phthal-ocyanine cobalt(Ⅱ)(α-CyOPcCo) and α-octa-(p-dicyclopentylphenoxy) phthaloyaninenickel(Ⅱ)(α-CyOPcNi)), characterizations the products by use TG, UV/Vis, fouriertransformation infrared spectra. The synthesis of the four metallophthalocyanines onMCM-41and SBA-15are made using impregnation wetness method, characterizations theproducts by using N2adsorption, fourier transformation infrared spectra. The degradation oftwo different type of dyes(malachite green, methylene blue) is discussed by useheterogeneous catalysts. The Activity center, dosage of catalysts, concentration of hydrogenperoxide and different reaction conditions on the catalytic oxidation of malachite green andmethylene blue are investigated.Through the catalysts photocatalytic degradation of different types dye experimental, theresults as follows:1. Malachite green with molecular sieve is metal phthalocyanine modified: when themalachite green concentration is0.1mmol/L, catalyst concentration is0.6g/L, hydrogenperoxide is0.1mmol/L, light intensity is500W, active center for zinc catalyst no matter whatkind of molecular sieve load to the catalytic effects are the best. α-CyOPcZn/MCM-41of thedegradation rate of98.6%within60min and α-CyOPcZn/SBA-15of the degradation rate of99.4%within100min. The degradation process obeys the first-order kinetic reaction.2. Methylene blue with molecular sieve is metal phthalocyanine modified: when themethylene blue concentration is4mg/L, catalyst concentration is0.6g/L, hydrogen peroxideis0.6mmol/L, light intensity is500W, active center for copper catalyst no matter what kindof molecular sieve load to the catalytic effects are the best. α-CyOPcCu/MCM-41of the degradation rate of99.83%within60min and α-CyOPcCu/SBA-15of the degradation rate of99.6%within90min. The degradation process obeys the first-order kinetic reaction. The study indicates that metallophthalocyanines have favorable photosensitivityobviously, it is a useful photosensitizer.
