Linear rolling guide is an important part of CNC machine tool and its dynamic performance has great influence on the dynamic performance of machine tool and the dynamic performance of machine tool will influence the machining performance of machine tool directly. In this paper, the GGB35BAL type and GGB45BAL type Linear rolling guide is the object of study and the theory method and experiment method are used to research its dynamic performance respectively.This thesis contains the following parts:(1) Summed up the research status of dynamic performance of linear rolling guide at home and abroad, found the key point is needed to study is the theoretic modeling and external load of guide influence on dynamic performance of guide.(2) Discussed the method of dynamic modeling and dynamic parameter identification, introduced some key technology.(3) Studied the relationship between load and deformation of ball and got stiffness characteristic of guide through contact simulation analysis of linear rolling guide by finite element.(4) Built finite element dynamic model of guide with the rigidity characteristic parameter which was from calculation of contact analysis, calculated the dynamic performance of guide in theory.(5) Did dynamic test on GGB35BAL type and GGB45BAL type linear rolling guide under different normal and tangential load; Got the dynamic parameter of guide and verified the accuracy of the theoretical model; Studied on change rule of natural frequency and damping ratio of guide under different load.
