The Case Study Of Optimization And Reform Of Changsha YueLu WWTP

The "12th Five-Year Plan" which made on The Fifth Plenum of the17th CPC Central Committee suggest to build a resource-conserving, environment-friendly and water-conserving society, pay high attention to water security, accelerate the construction of urban sewage treatment facilities, strengthen the pollution prevention and control work of the key river valleys,strengthen the supervision of law enforcement and improve the accountability mechanism of significant environmental pollution accident.The focal point of work of the renovation of environmental include the construction of cities sewage treatment plant,sewage water disposal rate increased and proportion reduced of pollutant which directly discharged into the environmental water.In fact,related literature and operating experience show that there is a gap between the desired effect of process design and actual operation in domestic WWTP.It is in two aspects:firstly,because of the imperfection of sewage pipe network, the wastewater quantity and quality varied considerably during the whole productive cycle of WWTP.On the other side,the process design base on the fixed value of the wastewater quantity and quality which come from the Investigation and Evaluation in the prior period.The operation effect under a variety of conditions are quite different;Secondly, inattention to detail in the design cause the low operating efficiency and high operation cost.Aiming at the above problems, ChangSha YueLu WWTP broke fresh ground on the part of the process design,include Optimization of model of the bio-reaction tank,modification of diameter of the sedimentation tank,adding bar screen machine in the sludge return system,adding the gray water reuse system,modification of the pumping system of the sludge treatment system, etc,judge from previous experience.In this study,we analyzed and evaluated the prosses optimization and reform,taking the ChangSha YueLu WWTP as an example.The prosses optimization and reform had justified itself by its results.It enhanced the adaptability of sewage treatment system, heightened the effect and reduced the operation cost.
