| Based on introduction of the third-generation nuclear power plant AP1000technology, which China will digest and absorb, and adhere to independent innovation, to achieve the localization and autonomy goal of large-scale advanced PWR nuclear power plant construction. AP1000uses the coolant pump with can, and the manufacture of the can is one of the key technologies restricting self-made coolant pump. The part is used in the high temperature and pressure, and radioactive and corrosive environments, and the designed life is60years. Therefore, there are stringent requirements for the processing comprehensive performance and the dimensional accuracy of the can to ensure its operating performance.Under different process routes, weld performance of C-276is discussed in this paper, and the main work is as follows:Through the experiment, we studied welding seam organization and the mechanical properties, corrosion resistance of C-276in different process parameters, different welding way, different thickness, and we got the influence law about the argon arc welding welding process parameters on the weld performance. Finally realized no flaw welding process of the C-276.Using finite element analysis software Msc. Marc we established welding finite element model with the welding process of different thickness, and we got the distribution about the temperature field and stress field, and it is validated by experiments:with thickness increases, weld width increases, and weld groove becomes gently, but warp reduces.A thin-walled welding cylindrical was spinned in flow forming. And then we comparised the change of performance between weld and matrix,and got the law on spin amount and material propertie. It is proved that when the thinning ratio reaching to80%with annealing processing, the weld propertie is close to the base.In this paper we got the weld performance of C-276and the law on the change effect of flow spinning,and it is important To guide the coolant pump manufacture. |
