| SCR-DeNOx technology is currently the preferred method used for statio-nary sources denitrification, and this trend will remain down for a long time in the future. The catalyst used in coal-fired power plants mostly need to import or in-troduce to foreign technology.But the high initial installation costs of the SCR catalyst and replacement costs add the huge economic burden to our coal-fired power plants.All of these have limited China’s economic development. Therefore, research and development of the independent intellectual property rights in SCR catalyst is particularly important to our country, This article do the main work in V-W-Mo/TiO2catalysts as follows:First of all, on the basis of technical grade SCR catalyst which our group has been obtained, do more analysis of the impact of W elements, TiO2, water quality, calcination temperature and other factors on the catalytic denitration activity.Try to improve the technical grade SCR catalyst formula.Secondly, the focus of this article is mainly on the catalyst’s resistance to SO2poisoning.Analyze the effert of W elements, TiO2, water quality, the calcina-tion temperature, different concentration of SO2for the resistance SO2poisoning. Try to slove problem the catalyst regeneration by heat.Third, relying on test platform in Huang Tai plant, analyze the chang of the denitration efficiency and the SO2oxidation rate of the catalyst samples, which have used for six months and one year.And note the ash fouling problems in use.Finally, with the help of XRD, SEM, TGA to explain phenomena in the ex-perimental process from the view of the microscopic structure and material of the catalyst. |
