Perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA) is the most talked about in the world today a fully fluorinated organic acids,itself has excellent chemical stability, thermal stability,it also has a higher hydrophobic oleophobic characteristics.On its surface in the case of hydrocarbons at very low fluoride has a very high surface activity,and it is an important raw material for synthetic polytetrafluoroethylene chemical products,It is generally used a large number of consumer goods for industrial production and consumer goods.In recent years,with the deepening of perfluorinated organic acids,perfluorooctanoic acid refractory, environmental persistence and bioaccumulation gradually been recognized,studies have shown that by many academic,in different regions,under different environment,the human body and wild animals are detected with different concentrations of perfluorooctanoic acid.This topic using the in vivo method of perfluorooctanoic acid metabolism in various parts of the mice,of the different variations of perfluorooctanoic acid in male and female sexes of mice blood, liver, urine and faeces,provided an important for the study of the toxicity of perfluorooctanoic acid metabolism.In this study, first determine the method of high performance liquid chromatography of PFOA,the precision and stability of the analytical methods are good,requirements is in line with the determination of biological samples.I given gavage,high, medium and low doses of PFOA and distilled water for male and female mice,Through experiments that the serum PFOA content of male mice is highest at13-18h after gavage,and the serum PFOA content of female mice is highest at19-24h after gavage,Both were selected to take blood, take the time of the liver, urine and feces.PFOA in the serum metabolic experiments,female mice of the high, medium and low three doses of the serum samples.discovery of PFOA residues were8.57%,7.67%and7.81%higher than the serum samples of male mice of the same dose group,PFOA residues in the three groups of male mice high, medium and low-dose serum samples were5.32%,5.96%and6.77%.This result suggests that PFOA gender differences in metabolism in the mouse serum, the difference is small, and females higher than males.PFOA in the liver homogenate metabolic experiments,in liver homogenates of female mice of three groups of high, medium and low dose samples discovery of PFOA residues were2.63%,2.50%,3.65%,there were significantly lower than the same dose group of male mice liver homogenate,the residual amount of PFOA in male mice three groups of high, medium and low-dose serum samples were12.27%,12.21%,13.87%.This result suggests that PFOA in the mouse liver homogenate metabolic gender differences,the differences are significant and male higher than female.PFOA in the urine metabolic experiments,female mice of three groups of high, medium and low doses of urine samples,the discovery of PFOA residues were81.7%,81.5%,79.37%,there are far higher than the same dose group of male mouse urine samples,The residual amount of PFOA in male mice three groups of high, medium and low dose serum samples were47.8%,47.37%,56.74%.This result suggests that PFOA there are gender differences in metabolism in the mouse urine.The difference was significantly greater value and female higher than male.PFOA in the fecal metabolic experiments,female mice of the high, medium and low stool samples of three doses of the discovery of PFOA residues were2.61%,2.69%,3.28%.There are higher than the fecal samples of male mice of the same dose group,the stool samples of the three groups of male mice high, medium and low doses of PFOA residues were2.51%,2.34%,3.15%.This result suggests that the metabolism of PFOA in mice feces there is no gender difference,gender mice feces the PFOA metabolism almost flat.In summary,In the three groups of high, medium and low intragastric dose female mice serum, Homogenized Liver of, urine and feces detected PFOA accounted for95.51%of the administered dose,94.36%and94.11%, and serum of male mice.of PFOA detected in the Homogenized Liver of, urine and faeces accounted for67.9%of the administered dose,67.88%,70.53%, respectively.The data show that,PFOA in mice poison the role of the material for its own,and the amount of in vivo metabolism in female mice than male mice.
