This topic is put forward to slove the problems about the production of Xitieshan lead-zincmine, in order to determine what is the applicable and reasonable mining technology andproduction blasting technique for the high stress mine, and it provides the theoretical basis forthe choice of the safe and efficient mining technology in the specific implementation ofunderground mining. In this paper, through using the computer numerical simulation in the thehigh stress metal mine—Xitieshan lead-zinc mine, optimize and design the technology in thefield of mining technology and production blasting technique, and eventually form a set of safeand efficient mining integration technology in the high stress mine, which provides a referencefor the actual production.In the field of mining technology, based on the current mining method of Xitieshan lead-zincmine, first of all, analyze the selection basis of the size of the mine construction and the miningsequence theoretically. Then using the finite element method, through numerical simulation,analyze and compare the schemes of the size of underground mining stope construction and theschemes of the mining sequence. At last, determine a suitable scheme of the reasonable size ofunderground mining stope construction and the safe mining sequence for Xitieshan lead-zincmine.In the field of production blasting technique, in order to explore the failure mechanism of thehole-bottom blasting technique, optimize the ways of initiation and analyze the influence indifferent ways of initiation to blasting. First of all, analyze the failure mechanism that rock underthe explosion. Furthermore, analyze the different initiation location of the failure mechanism.Then using the nonlinear explicit dynamics software, setting the lead-zinc mine as background,simulate the way of hole-up blasting and hole-bottom blasting under different circumstances.The simulation research show that the hole-bottom blasting technique is better than the hole-upblasting technique, and the main reason is that the hole-bottom blasting way generate highpressure shock wave and its duration of action is shorter in the orifice, when reach the freesurface, it can form a strong reflective stretching wave to make the ore crush better; while the oreexplosion venting panel late under the hole-bottom blasting and make the detonation gas achievea high static pressure to role in a long time which is better for destruction of minerals. This topicprovides a reference for using of the hole-bottom blasting technique in ore mining, and theresults show that the hole-bottom blasting technique can safely achieve the better technicalresults and economics benefits.
