According to thestudies above, research and design the monitor management system information interactiveplatform in the monitoring information management system, the system structure of interactiveplatform, information as the interactive platform information flow, the information integrationframework of network structure, etc.Secondly, the model of automatic production line monitoring and management based onspecial device was proposed. The hardware configuration and software systems of the specialdevice had been designed. The monitoring of information can be transmitted in real time by thespecial device where the task information, production information and device information will beintegrated organically.Finally, describe the data information collection of product line equipment, establishequipment reliability probability model and realize the equipment maintenance of state.According to the product status of a hot-rolled product line, design a video surveillance softwarewhich can achieves remote monitoring, and information interaction through a special device.
