Abstract/Summary:
Level3reserves of154million tons has been found in Lukeqin structural belt. The depth of the Reservoir is from2500meters to3600meters, Which b elonging to heavy oil reservoirs with a very deep depth is not easy to exploit. Because of the well depth, the high formation pressure high and the low ability of steam absorption, The current steam boiler can’t guarantee the effective steam injection of the heavy oil Well with a very deep depth. The Steam injection th ermal production is not suitable for this kind of reservoir. While natural gas is a kind of mixer which is made of little nonhydrocarbon gas and hydrocarbon g as with much low molecular saturated hydrocarbon. After the experimental resea rch, we can find that Natural gas and oil repeated exposure can achieve dynami c mixed phase at the appropriate pressure, which have good effects on viscosity reduction. In natural gas, acid gas such as carbon dioxide content is few, and compared with carbon dioxide huff and puff which is low corrosion, and the pr oduction fluid is pollution-free.In the Western oil reservoir with abundant natur al gas, wide natural gas source, low cost, recycled the injected gas, and it can reduce the production cost and provide the possibility of steam injection huff an d puff exploration, for heavy oil reservoirs with a very deep depth.In recent years, in order to make the deep into the development of heavy oil economy effective, the oil field geology, reservoir engineering and drilling process, and other aspects of the technology research, and carry out a lot of indoor experiment and the field test, has solved the buried depth of3000m in within reservoir economic exploitation. The west and buried depth in reservoir3300-3700m, reservoir physical properties is bad, the low yield of single well, so choose experimental west central piece of jade west1, the purpose is to achieve economic and effective development oilfield. Hope that through the implementation of this proposal, carries out the type of well, well nets, capacity and development technology policies and heavy oil reservoirs deep feeling crook is closely related to the overall development of the key problems, and to further improve the economic benefits of oilfield development.In this paper. Aiming at the field test of the Tuha Lukeqin oil field central, combining the physics technology and numerical simulation technology of natural gas, Studying The huff and puff mechanism of natural gas and the feasibilityin t he deep heavy oil fields in Lukeqin. optimizing and adjusting the natural gashuff and puff parameters, designing the natural gas huff and puff way in the deep he avy oil fields in Lukeqin. Through the experiment data fitting, making surethe st ate of the fluid parameters in the numerical simulation; adopting the component numerical simulation technology which have a research on the reservoir character istic parameters:reservoir depth, temperature and permeability and the injection-p roduction parameters:single round gas injection rate.the wellhead gas injectionpre ssure, the gas injection speed, soak time and periodic production rate andso on, which have an effect on the natural gas huff and puff and the influence laws.Ac cording to the research of the affecting factors, the optimal design has carriedon the parameters of the typical blocks in Tuha Lukeqin oil fields.On thebasis, fiel d test and performance evaluation of the natural gas huff and puff have been ca rried on.
