Laboratory evaluation and field test can be through understanding the adaptation this segment block profile control system performance, such as low permeability fractured reservoir to stabilize oil production and control water, improve the ultimate recovery rate and low permeability oilfield overall development level has important theoretical and practical significance.In Shu2-5-11actual oilfield development demand, in this paper, through indoor physical simulation, for profile control agent filtration and its performance evaluation, study of ultra high polymer, polymer and a crosslinking agent of organic chromium in different mixture ratio under conditions of gelation and zeolite profile control characteristics were evaluated. Optimization of the gelling property and liquid carrying capacity good profile control system according to the actual situation of oilfield, and for profile control agent slug design. Through the indoor experiment evaluation of polymer, ultra high molecular weight polymer and crosslinking agent concentration ratio of chromium in different conditions of gelation condition, optimized for the adjustment of low permeability fractured reservoir fluid entry profile of the profile control system. Based on zeolite profile control technology in the important role, mainly introduces the basic properties of (zeolite ion exchange, adsorption properties, catalytic properties, thermal stability, acid resistance) and physical properties (and rock pore structure matching relationship, zeolite particle and pore size, pore size and its compatibility with compatibility, particle size transmission and steering ability), and zeolite carrying fluid optimization design (polymer concentration and particle matching, carrying liquid stability and shear test) and profile control agent injection section design and effect prediction of profile control agent (design, profile control agent slug design, injection rate, injection pressure and displacement of design, design profile control agent preparation and injection device).Through field test, profile control after injected volume increases dramatically, injection pressure is stable, profile control well production well by cumulative fluid volume rose, water content decreased obviously, profile saw significant effect.
