At present, China has become the world’s largest and the most concentrated zipperproduction industry base. Its export volume is growing in recent years. China had a monopolyof one hundred percent of the low market in this field. However,in high-grade on theinternational market, the product’s quality of zipper is unstable. The two factors whichinfluence the quality of zipper are mold and zipper machine movement precision, and themotion precision of machine is influenced by vibration of zip machine At present, thedomestic zipper machine manufacturers are imitating the foreign equipment. Therefore, theequipment’s performance poor, noise and vibration problems are prevalent, which affect notonly the zipper production quality, but also do damages to the health of the workers andenvironment. Good zipper source from the good zipper machinery, so solving the problem ofvibration and noise is good for improving China’s zipper machine manufacturing industry.It’s time-consuming if we only use the traditional physical experiment method to studyzipper machine vibration problem. And the theoretical calculation method, because of theuncertainty of many factors, it is difficult to establish accurate dynamics model. Virtualprototype offers a new method for accurate simulation of complex dynamic characteristics ofthe system. The paper’s objection is vibration and noise reduction technology of zipper. Webuild the model of zipper under the platform of ADAMS and analysis its dynamic andvibration characteristics.First, the zipper machine is simplified reasonably under the analysis of without anyaffect on its dynamic characteristics, and the virtual prototyping model which can express thedynamic characteristics of zipper machine is setted up by using Pro/E, interface softwareMECHANISM/Pro and ADAMS. then kinematics and dynamics of zipper machine areanalysed, in order to understand the main component kinematic and dynamic characteristicsof zipper machine.We used ADAMS/Linear to extract the modal’s natural frequencies and mode ofvibration. Establishing forced vibration model, analyzing the system’s forced vibration anddid further analysis of its vibration characteristics though ADAMS/Vibration module.Obtaining the maximum modal and finding the resonant frequency of the system. The modal of camshaft and the machine is analysed by Using finite element software ANSYS, the resultshave good consistency with results gained from ADAMS, so the credibility of the analysis isverified. The influence of speed, the inertial force, machine heavy and spring stiffness on thevibration is also got by simulation.According to the analysis above, the parameters and structure of the vibration zippermachine which influence the vibration are changed, for testing the influnce that differentparameters and structure on the vibration, and studying vibration of different combinationschemes, then vibration rules are summarized, and the plan which is the optimal, namelyvibration amplitude of the minimum, and away from resonance is found out, providingimprovement design scheme for the zipper machine renewal.
