Manufacture civilization provided people with more products and better life,but the impact on the natural environment can not be ignored at the same time.How to protect the environment while economy was developed,coordinate the relationship between economic development and environmental protection better.So as to achieve the sustainable development of regions and industries,it have already become the most important things for subsistence and development of people.Material flow analysis starting from the appearance of the material input in the economic system, storage and output data,establish the project of material inputs and outputs,material flow analysis can analyze the status of material flows of the entire system,based on material flow analysis method to establish the environmental pressure indicators can serve as a regional and industry sustainable development of quantitative assessment indicators of the degree.This paper adopted current popular MFA internationally,based on EU guidelines to determine material flow analysis framework,the quantitative analysis and evaluation of material and energy metabolism and environmental impact conditions of the cement industry in the production process in Ordos City of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region from2000to2009year.The results show that:①In the city,direct material and indirect material inputs increased with the cement production increasing and a substantial increasing in the total consumption of indirect material was more prominent;②The CO2and dust emissions from the basic with cement production increased in proportion.Because of the advance of the dry kiln process and the environmental protection departments to strengthen supervision,after2006year,the dust emissions declined more slighter than CO2emissions;③MP slowly at first reduced,then increased significantly,overall increasing trend,it show that resource utilization efficiency of the cement industry in a gradual increase in the region;④With the continuous increase in cement production,caused by various types of environmental impact is also increasing year on year,among them,the more coal and electric power inputs,it increased significantly because of that a variety of gaseous pollutant emissions caused by the using of energy;⑤Environmental effects of pollution in the cement production process was a slowly increasing trend with the increase in cement production,among them, the more significant impact on human health.Finally,through further analysis of the research,it obtained:First of all,it can examine the metabolism of input from the Ordos City cement production material,the total material input in the region increased significantly,the greater DTMR of natural resources and primary processing and the more use of material and energy,greater disturbance of soil and vegetation ecosystems,also the worse for the human quality of services provided, the weake sustainability of the economic system is running.Secondly,From cement production material in Ordos City metabolic output of examining,TDO in the region increased significantly,the greater the total material output,pollutants and waste output into the environment more,the more serious air, water, soil and human health hazards,the lower of environmentally friendly production process,the weaker of environmental sustainability.Finally,the production of cement material consumption of Ordos City examine that,the total material consumption slowly increasing trend,the greater the total material consumption,means that the interference of human nature is more intense,the more is not conducive to the establishment of resource-saving society.The results show that:Ordos city’s rapid economic development at the expense of high energy consumption and high material consumption,at the same time,the natural environment and ecological systems have been relatively strong disturbance and destruction.In the future,the cement industry of Ordos City should be toward the lower material and energy consumption,reduce environmental impacts,develop the direction of the green high-performance cement production process and product development.This project is to provide a theoretical basis to optimize the industrial layout and environment-friendly performance of the cement products of the cement industry in Ordos City,also lay a solid foundation for the sustainable development of regional cement industry and the building of circular economy system.
