| Urumqi Hongqiao sewage treatment plant using the secsion A primary treatmenttechnology of AB process, in2002it put into operation. The designed sewagetreatment capacity is3×104m3/d.The water after treatment is used for greening thebarren hills. This paper takes Urumqi Hongqiao wastewater treatment plant forexample, through the experimental method, this paper analyzed the practical operationsituation of Hongqiao sewage treatment plant, and discussed the main factors such aswater temperature, water quality, water content, effluent change that influenced onpollutant removal efficiency.The experimental results show that:(1)A primary treatment process has a good removal effect of Organic pollutants.The average removal rate of BOD5, COD, SS is respectively achieved52%,58.5%,62.8%. The effluent concentration of BOD5,CODcan reach the design standard, butthe SS ’s is exceed.(2)It has good removal effect of nitrogen and phosphorus. Total nitrogen andtotal phosphorus removal rate respectively is average50.2%,60.2%; the averageremoval rate of ammonia nitrogen, nitrate nitrogen and nitrite nitrogen is reached43.5%,86.1%,81.5%.(3)The main factors that influence on the pollutant removal efficiency of thesection A of primary treatment technology is loading rate Ns, temperature, influentconcentration, sludge age and dissolved oxygen.(4)The dominant microorganisms in of the section A aeration sludge is mainlyVorticella.The results indicate that, the operatin of Hongqiao sewage treatment plant isstable, it has good removal effect. |
